Iga joined Satair in 2022 as a Customer Order Specialist in Germany. Read her story below.

When did you join Satair?

I joined Satair as a temporary employee in February 2022 and have been a Temp for a little over 1 year. During my time as a Temp at Satair, my experience was incredibly positive. I felt that I was treated equally, regardless of whether I was a temporary or permanent employee. We are one team, and I could genuinely feel that unity. What keeps me motivated on the job at Satair are my colleagues, who come from different corners of the world, and my customers who really push me.

Is there any advice you would give to a fellow Newcomer?

If I were to offer advice to a fellow newcomer, especially one joining as a Temp, I would say that a variety of opportunities are waiting for you, so keep going. You can make a significant impact here. As for the chance of joining Satair as a temporary employee, I do see a chance. It's a good starting point, and there is always a chance of a permanent contract. What's most important to me is that you don't notice any difference at work or in the interpersonal relationships between colleagues. In 2023, I was even part of our Satair Ambassador program and became one of the faces of Satair, which was a fun and unique experience!

What excites you the most about working at Satair?

What excites me most about working at Satair are the possibilities that the company offers. It's a place where you can grow, learn, and thrive, and that's what makes it such an exciting and rewarding place to work."
