When did you join Satair?
My journey with Satair began in 2018, when I joined as a temporary employee. Little did I know that this initial step would set the stage for a remarkable and transformative adventure.
For a span of 18 months, I embraced the role of a temporary employee at Satair. During this time, something extraordinary happened. I didn't just feel like another cog in the machine; I felt like a genuine Satair employee. Being part of such a prestigious company allowed me to dive headfirst into the aviation industry. This experience not only deepened my love for the field but also inspired me to strive for continuous growth and advancement in my career. What keeps me motivated at Satair is the unwavering belief in my ability to shape my own path. This motivation drives me to constantly seek improvement. Which advice would you give to a fellow newcomer?
My advice to fellow newcomers, especially those joining as temporary employees, is to approach each day with authenticity, positivity, and ambition. Regardless of your contractual status, it is within your power to extract the most from every situation and work tirelessly toward your goals. Everyone should treasure the opportunity to be a part of such an exceptional company and seize it to the fullest.

I am grateful for the opportunity I received at Satair as a Temp. This opportunity catapulted my professional journey forward. After 18 months, I was welcomed as a permanent certifying staff member at Satair. As time passed, I was entrusted with the role of a functional team leader. Fueled by personal interest and unwavering determination, coupled with invaluable support from my department, I achieved positive results. This led Satair to offer me the esteemed position of Head of Quality Certification.
