This document lists the most common fees associated with Satair’s order handling. Additional fees or surcharges may apply, in accordance with Satair’s General Terms and Conditions.
1. DANGEROUS GOODS
In application of Dangerous Goods regulations and associated requirements by the carriers, specific packaging costs may be charged. Any such cost will be calculated on a case-by-case basis based on the actual costs.
2. BATTERY CHARGING
Batteries are supplied uncharged if ordered via Satair Market, unless Customer Resolution Services is contacted prior to ordering. A fee of USD 399 is applied per battery unit when requested to have the battery charged before delivery. In case of AOG priority, the fee is USD 699 per battery unit.
3. CANCELLATION
All cancellation is subject to Satair prior approval and may be subject to additional fee and surcharge. Please contact Satair Customer Resolution Services.
4. RETURNS
Return requests are subject to Satair’s prior approval. No items shall be sent to Satair without prior approval of Satair.
A return can be requested up to 30 days after delivery of the items, as per agreed Incoterm.
Upon Satair’s prior approval of a return request, the returned item shall be delivered to the agreed place of delivery no later than 30 days after Satair’s approval.
A fee of 20% of the invoiced value for the returned items, with a minimum fee value of USD250 per order line. Any applicable fees or surcharges from upstream suppliers will be added in addition to Satair’s fee.
5. MINIMUM LINE VALUE (MLV)
A minimum order line value of USD50 applies for all products.
6. SHELF LIFE
Satair will deliver shelf life applicable parts according to the Satair Minimum remaining Shelf-life guarantee
