Key years in our history

1957

Founded in 1957 with the fundamental business idea of trading surplus parts from old aircraft.

2011

Airbus bought all the shares of Satair in 2011 which then became a 100% owned subsidiary of Airbus.

2014

In 2014 Satair Group is launched – a merge between Airbus Material & Logistics Management and Satair A/S.

2018

In 2018 Satair Group was re-branded as Satair, with a new joint visual identity.

2022

In 2022 Satair acquired VAS Aero Services, the largest provider of re-distribution services for aftermarket parts.
