Why did you join Satair?

I joined Satair because it is a subsidiary of Airbus and a leading global aerospace company. I was also attracted to the company's values and culture, which promote growth and employee well-being. I knew that Satair would be a place where I could continue learning and growing professionally.

What keeps you motivated on the job at Satair?

I am motivated by the opportunity to deliver quality products and services to our customers. I also enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry. Additionally, I am motivated by the sense of teamwork and camaraderie that I feel at Satair.

Which of our company values resonate with you? Can you recall a situation in which you or someone else lived up to our values?

The company value that resonates with me most is "We are One." I believe that this value is essential for creating a successful and cohesive team. I have seen this value in action on many occasions, such as when a colleague went out of their way to help me with a project. This colleague's actions showed me that they were willing to put the team's success ahead of their own.

What advice would you give a fellow newcomer?

My advice to a fellow newcomer is to be open to new experiences and to be willing to learn. Satair is a constantly growing and changing company, and there are always new opportunities to learn and grow. I would also advise newcomers to be themselves and to not be afraid to ask for help.
