The GTC contains the entire agreement between the Parties and no side letter, attachment, amendment or variation shall be of any effect unless in writing and duly signed by both Parties.

22.1

The failure of either Party to enforce at any time any of the terms of the GTC or to require performance of the same by the other Party shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of the relevant terms. Any waiver of rights shall only come into effect if made in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the Parties.
