Terms of competition:

In order to participate in the competition you must personally have received the invite to our survey, be 18 years old or more, and register yourself with full name and a valid business email address (the same email you received the invite). You must accept that Satair A/S may process and use your personal information (full name & email address) that you have provided, to handle the drawing of the below mentioned prizes.

How you participate:

In order to participate you must register with your full name (first and last name) and a valid business email that is the same on where you received the survey invite.
You can only register if you have received the invite to our survey personally.
When you register you accept that Satair A/S may process and use your personal information (name, email address) that you have provided, to handle the drawing of the below mentioned prizes.
You can only participate in the competition once.
You may not forward the survey link to any other in your company. The link is strictly personal.
The competition is not related to any terms of purchase by any product or service offered by Satair A/S.
Employees of Satair A/S or Airbus is not allowed to participate. If registered, the contact information will be deleted.
The competition is valid until 4th of September 2024.
Any attempts of cheating or using false name and email address will result in exclusion of the drawing.

The drawing of winners:

The drawing of the winners will happen randomly at 5th of September 2024.
There will be 5 unique winners in total.
If you are drawn as a winner, you will be contacted by your account director via the email you have registered with, where you will receive more information.
We will ask you to provide a valid shipping address for the prize.
All prizes are expected to ship to the winners within 6-8 weeks after the drawing.
Any delays in the shipment will be communicated directly to your registered email.

The announcement of winners:

After 5th of September 2024, 5 winners will be found randomly by drawing.
Each winner will be contacted by email within 1-2 weeks after the 5th of September 2024.
If you do not receive an email, please check your SPAM filter.
The winners will be announced on this this page with first name.

The prizes:

There will be a total of:
- 1x Airbus Beluga XL 1:400 die cast model
- 1x Satair Umbrella
- 3x Satair wireless chargers
The prize will be shipped to your selected shipping address.
You will be notified when shipping occurs.
Replacement of lost or damaged prize will not be provided by Satair. If prize received is damaged you must address this directly to the shipping provider.
The prize cannot be exchanged to any cash and must not be sold to any third party.

Use of personal data:

By participating in the drawing you accept that Satair A/S may process and use your personal information (name, email address, that you have provided, to handle the drawing of the above mentioned prizes.
The information you give in participating in the drawing will be used in relation to the competition.
You data will not be shared with any third party.

In case of doubt or a dispute:

In the case of a dispute of the terms for this competition, it will be Satair A/S who will decide the interpretation and settle the question on its on evaluation
There cannot in that regard, or in any other regard to the completion of the competition, missing information or other terms, be made any compensation claim towards Satair A/S
Satair A/S reserve the right to make changes or adding rules without any warning to this competition before or during the competition period
In addition, Satair A/S reserve the right to cancel the competition at any given time
