Employee Appreciation Week: Celebrating team Satair

Our annual Employee Appreciation Week is a dedicated moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible individuals who make our company shine. It is a time for Satair to express our gratitude for the dedication of our people, and for teams across all regions to celebrate one another.

A global culture of gratitude

In the fast-paced world of aviation, the vital work of peer recognition can sometimes be overlooked. This week-long event ensures our values are highlighted and lived by every employee, regardless of their location. From team or site breakfasts and specialised development sessions to various sport and mental health initiatives, we provide a range of opportunities to connect and recharge.

Recognition in action

The heart of this week is the collective energy of Team Satair. We encourage everyone to share their gratitude through our physical appreciation walls or by sending "kudos" via our global recognition app.

Whether it is a small thank you or a public shout-out for an outstanding contribution, the goal is simple: to ensure every colleague knows they are valued. We wouldn't be where we are today without our people.
