Satair France: Step into the future of aviation

Bonjour!

The Toulouse team is an integrated Satair function situated at the heart of Airbus Customer Services in France. Established in early 2026, this hub serves as a specialised centre designed to orchestrate and deliver end-to-end (E2E) material solutions.

We provide critical support for high-impact customer projects, including System Upgrades, Widebody Retrofits, and Major Aircraft Repairs across all aircraft programmes. Our primary objective is to ensure seamless customer satisfaction by proactively managing capacity and resolving disruptions with agility to minimise operational risks for all stakeholders. Our scope includes the provision of POA (Production Organisation Approval) certified kits based on Airbus Engineering Service Bulletins, as well as the spare parts, tools, and consumables required to enable customer projects.

Our team of multi-disciplinary professionals includes experts in Supply Chain, Retrofit Planning, Airline Customer Consolidation, Fleet Management, and Customer Service Programme Interface. Working alongside our Airbus colleagues in Toulouse, our team is focused on proactive disruption management and resolving operational risks with our unique ‘can-do’ attitude to ensure high levels of service and support for the global fleet.

The Satair office is integrated directly within the Airbus facilities in Toulouse. This location ensures our team remains at the centre of operational activity, providing the connectivity needed to deliver complex customer projects and maintain close collaboration.
