Satair Dubai: Regional support and aviation logistics

Satair Dubai aligns with Airbus Customer Services in United Arab Emirates (UAE) to deliver integrated material solutions across the region. Our team comprises over 25 professionals across key business functions, including Sales, Warehouse Operations, Quality Management, and Customer Resolution Services. Our primary objective is to provide dedicated regional support through Account Directors, Customer Resolution Services (CRS), and an expanding local inventory. We manage Airbus Original Spare parts and Standard parts, including an extensive inventory of dangerous goods to meet urgent regional operational requirements.

We regularly recruit talent combining a strong customer-first mindset with practical exposure to logistics, sales, or quality assurance. Reflecting the global nature of Dubai, our office features exceptional cultural diversity and a 40% women-at-work ratio.

Team spirit is driven by collaboration and unique site traditions; the team regularly holds community events, including a long-running cultural breakfast tradition and team celebrations.
