Why did you join Satair?
My first encounter with Satair was after passing by their headquarters in Copenhagen. A few years later, I stumbled upon a Satair job listing that immediately grabbed my attention. The description perfectly aligned with my skills and interests, compelling me to pursue the opportunity. Transitioning from a medical background to becoming a customer resolution specialist demonstrates my commitment to aiding people in a new capacity.
What keeps you motivated on the job at Satair?
What continues to drive my motivation at Satair is the flow of positive feedback from our customers and the support I receive from my colleagues. Knowing that our efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our team fuels my passion for the work we do every day.

Can-do attitude deeply resonates with me. Whether it is addressing routine or urgent customer issues, I always strive to explore all possibilities and engage with all stakeholders.
What advice would you give a fellow Newcomer?
To newcomers, my advice would be to seize every opportunity to explore and learn. Satair offers a wealth of experiences and challenges that can broaden your skill set and deepen your understanding of our industry. Do not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try new things, it is through these experiences that you will grow professionally and personally.
