If you require support on Modification Kits, you may contact our Airbus Kit department at airbus.kit@airbus.com (office hours from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm CET, Monday to Friday). They are responsible for processing modification kit orders and will answer to quotes for such kits. Modification kit orders are not processed by the AOG desk during night hours or weekends. They will be processed by our kit department on the next business day. As an example, the Kit department is responsible for part numbers in the following sequence 231070A01R01. The first 6 digits reflect the Service Bulletin number. These kits can also be ordered via Airbus Spares.
If you require support on exchange or lease orders, you may contact our Proprietary Repair department at repair.proprietary@airbus.com (office hours from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm CET, Monday to Friday). They are responsible for answering quote requests for exchange or lease of Airbus proprietary parts and also responsible for processing exchange and lease orders. The AOG desk supports the Proprietary Repair department only during their out of office hours. The AOG desk can release in-stock parts from our network of worldwide warehouses on their behalf. All other requests will be answered by the Proprietary Repair department during normal business hours.
If you require support on tools lease, you may contact our Tool lease department at tool.lease@airbus.com (office hours from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm CET, Monday to Friday). They are responsible for answering requests for quotes of Airbus Proprietary or Vendor Tools, which we provide through our leasing programme. They are also responsible for processing lease orders. The AOG desk supports the Tool Lease department only during their out of office hours.
