Is your part in-stock?

When an AOG order is received through Satair Market, a message is sent to the regional warehouse and a picking voucher is created. Our warehouses work on AOG vouchers immediately and aim to have them boxed in the shortest time possible.

When your order is boxed and ready for pickup, this will be visible on your order overview on Satair Market. You will receive an email with the same information.

Our shipping department will contact your nominated forwarder with all relevant shipping documents. The AOG Centre does not create or have copies of the shipping documentation for your order.

When you order in-stock items on Satair Market, we recommend that you allow our warehouse at least two hours to prepare the box. Once ready, we will contact your nominated forwarder. It is therefore unnecessary to send additional requests with your forwarding agent copied in to inform us that you have placed an order online when the item is in stock.
