To ensure the best customized support at Satair, we have introduced the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) concept. The dedicated SPOC can help you with everything from order management of your proprietary, vendor and standard parts, to order handling and processing, including claims, returns and exchange.

To submit any claim, please contact your Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the Customer Order Fulfillment for further assistance.

Yes! You can return stocked parts subject to a restocking fee. To get a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) please contact your regional Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the Customer Order Desk

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to return non-stocked parts.

Due to our wide scope of different part numbers from various suppliers, each warranty claim requires specific handling situations. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact your Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the Customer Order Fulfillment in case of questions regarding your warranty claim.

Which certification you get on parts ordered on Satair Market depends on the CAGE code of the specific part. The distribution parts will either come with a FAA 8130-3 or an EASA Form 1 or a Certificate of Conformity.
