Priorities
At checkout you will be asked to choose your shipment priority before confirming the order. The pickup date of any shipment priority depends if one or more of the items are out of stock. For parts not in stock, the Estimated Delivery date on satair.com applies. No matter which shipment priority you choose, we will keep you up to date with a status on our processing of your order, so you will know when your shipment is ready for pick-up by your forwarder.
The shipment priority generally follows your selected order priority. For example, an AOG order will trigger an AOG shipment while a Routine (RTN) order will lead to parts being delivered as per your selected routing instructions for RTN orders.

If parts are in stock, Routine orders are ready for delivery within 24 hours.
You may choose a specific shipping date in the calendar. If no date is selected, the shipment will be carried out as soon as ready.
