Shelf Life

Some products have a limited shelf life and such products must show evidence of their shelf life limit. One way of reducing the waste of shelf life of e.g. consumables and expendables is through a managed inventory service, which Satair offers.

Shelf life is the amount of 'storage life', generally understood as the maximum time, starting at manufacturing date (provided that it is properly packaged and stored under specific conditions), after which a part or a portion thereof becomes unable to meet its original purpose.

Please refer to the release certificate indicating the remaining shelf life.

Shelf life indications are meant to allow proper use under specific storage conditions. No guarantees are provided as the adherence to customized storage conditions is beyond the seller’s control.

Some products have a hard-limited shelf-life and need to be disposed after the expiry date. Other products may see a procedure to renew the shelf-life.
